for the first time in my life I have an extremely strong desire to violently deprive people responsible for customer support from reproduction. just where you don't go, ничего не работает, not responding not configurable. just total enchanting horror. but the mega-important-incredibly-cool-top-manager probably thinks, that his monkeys do not work well. just the same class hatred develops from all this :)
