Гринспен – это святое :) Читать и слушать его, как всегда, приятно. Хотя бы в качестве интеллектуального упражнения. Наверно, перефразируя кого-то из людей заработавших в 2008м – Аллан, может и ошибался во многом, но это ошибки ex post, причем, ошибки attitude, а не ошибки thinking. Т.е., Гринспен, пусть и get it all wrong, но все равно extremely smart. Как-то так :)
Рамачандран – появилась аудио версия книги, естественно, я такое пропустить не мог. История про синдром Капгра в – одна из моих любимых при общении с психоаналитиками. Несколько раз тестировал, результат просто замечательный. Даже, если рассказывать про исследования, они все равно не отступают :) Вобщем, грешно не ознакомиться.
Бэджет написал свою книгу в 1873 году. Давно хотел ее прочесть, а тут после курсеровского Economics of Money and Banking об этом вспомнил. В принципе, современная финансовая система кажется более похожей на времена описанные в книге, чем на стандартный учебник по макро. Думаю, что история (особенно в рамках banking school) не помешает никому.
