I'm shocked — and these people represent the COMPANY. What does VOLFIX_SUPPORT say about this?
Will those responsible for this incident be punished?? And what?

The official response was received like this:
As I understand it, or they called me a dog, and myself as a caravan, is it a joke. But the fact, that I have never received such answers from COMPANIES in my life. Therefore, there is a doubt that it is , at all, company.
Or is it such a joke in Ukraine and we just do not understand these jokes. But no., I have friends from Ukraine — normal people. All in all, it is not yet available for my understanding…..
