well, in order to be aware of the offers in this segment – what do they want, what is required of a trader, than compensate and all that…
and what i noticed? almost all require some kind of dubious and, sure, useless bumazey like “MICEX certificate” or “RFFR certificate”.. I strongly doubt that, that this “ksivu” problematic to buy. well, just like the licenses for traumatic firearms are bought, how to buy ksivs of any extra-intelligence officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and so on..
and IN ANY vacancy lately I have not come across something similar to “requirement for a candidate: positive dynamics of personal account or transactions”.. or, for example “personal proven trading system with positive MO”..
what should such companies do in companies “traders” or “managers” – who show their attestation-certificate-ksivu, then sit down to manage??.
or , maybe, I am not so deeply aware – what if getting this very “ksivs” already implies positive trading skills?
