Is it intrusive!!!!!

Discovered one feature. If I google something on the Internet, then later, by visiting other sites, have nothing to do with, what i am looking for , then in the advertising banners of these sites there is an advertisement of exactly that, what was looking for.

Why do I need their help, I can find without a banner, what do i need
