Libyan Sovereign Fund Libyan Investment Authority has about $ 70 billion in assets outside Libya and this is only in plain sight, what can be seen.
Money is scattered over, how 100 accounts in different countries. One can only guess. how many of them belong personally to Gaddafi and his close relatives, or gaskets companies.
