I always belong to the low-liquid, private placements AND private funds with high skepticism. Investor cannot control, what is happening there and this lack of monitoring where and what the money is spent on provokes dishonest people into illegal actions.
At least, you need to know those, who manages the fund or that the track record is long, and also if there is a Soviet-Russian origin ,then ……..it will be like this
