Unsuccessful performance

 Participated today in the Russian Veteran Table Tennis Championship. non-standard, on the Olympic system, that is, lost and flew. I managed to reach the final from the subgroup , and there you can't lose. BUT still won 2 circle and ran into a master of sports of international class for reaching the eight, multiple champion of the USSR, collection of the USSR 80s Valery Shevchenko.  
The game was played on an equal footing,  turned out to be a turning point 3 party. Lost the first, won the second. In the third led 6:4, but two consecutive snot-nets of the opponent leveled the score and Valery won at the end 3 party , like more or less. The quadruple game was again equal and again I entered 7:5, but at the end again the game is more less, although I drove 10:9 and made a couple of mistakes, which allowed the opponent to win more or less.
Therefore, I did not make it into the eight, although those went further there, whom am I calmly beating, but sowing is sowing and anyone can run into a strong. I was not lucky, otherwise I could get into the top four ..
Still I play the maximum 1 or 2 once a week , and he is a trainer and constantly keeps fit ,this, probably affected.
