From this Friday Microsoft stores sell used iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 and get a discount from 200 Dollars for the company's products, according to Forbes.
Such stock already in effect with 5 September on iPad. For the surrendered tablet they give a discount 200 Dollars, which you can use to buy any product in the store. Microsoft consultants recommend purchasing instead of Surface, but the buyer is not forced to do so.
Seems to be, now the company expects, that instead of the old iPhone, the client will buy Windows Phone.
Microsoft also accepts any Apple devices, Android, Blackberry and issues a Visa gift card in return for up to 350 Dollars. The promotion is valid for the last week.
What Microsoft plans to do with the assembled devices, unknown.
