I went to World Bank and looked at how much households spend in Russia and Libya. Was. what households in Russia spend on their lives, at least in 2 times more, while, that GDP per capita is about the same.
Rough figures for Libya $4500 , in Russia about $10000. States around $33000.
Maybe,in Libya, you can live on $4500 some.
