quite often people complain (including me) on it, that in different kinds of debates there is no intelligible specifics. for example, “мы понизим taxes”, but not a word about, due to which budget expenditures will not decrease. sometimes it seems, that this kind of empty discussion is inherent only in countries in which society is in the early stages of formation. actually, all the same happens in the USA. or not?
