Unemployment unemployment strife

When I was recently told how much they earn in the south of Russia,I guess, and in others “surroundings” Moscow, then the difference between the economic statistics of advanced countries and developing countries comes to mind..
Think, what if to 5% Russian unemployment add those, who receives less than the American allowance, then the unemployment rate can be 50%.
