Adobe software development company (Nasdaq: ADBE) released monetary figures for the 2nd quarter 2021 of the year:
- revenue increased by twenty-three percent, to 3,84 billion dollars;
- sales in the Digital Media sector increased by twenty-five percent, to 2,79 billion, and in the Digital Experience sector - by twenty-one percent, to 0,94 billion;
- operating profit increased by thirty-eight percent, to 1,41 billion;
- net profit increased by one and a half percent, to 1,12 billion, and net profit before taxes by thirty-nine percent, to 1,39 billion;
- operating foreign exchange flow added sixty-eight percent to 2 billion.
And here are Adobe's Q3 sales management expectations:
- revenue - 3,88 billion dollars, twenty percent increase;
- sales growth in the Digital Media and Digital Experience sectors by 22 and twenty one percent.
Digital Media and Digital Experience are the main business segments of the company. In total Adobe there are three of them:
- Creative Cloud — desktop and phone programs for working with photos, video, sound and almost everything else. Popular applications: Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator. This also includes various cloudy services.: cloudy storage, teamwork tools, etc..
- Document Cloud - desktop, mobile and web applications for working with documents: Acrobat, Sign, Scan and a set of PDF converters.
- Digital Experience. Cloudy solutions and tools specialists for business: management, optimization and earnings of cooperation of companies with their consumers. Adobe Customers - Marketers, advertising agencies, data scientists, developers and many more.
