Software developer Adobe releases Q3 2021 report. Compared to the same quarter last year:
- revenue increased by 22%, up to $3.9 billion;
- operating profit increased by 35%, up to 1.4 billion;
- net profit increased by 27%, up to 1.2 billion.
Revenue in the Digital Media segment increased by 23%, up to 2.9 billion. Selling subscriptions to content creation apps, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, rose to 21%, up to 2.4 billion. Selling subscriptions to document apps, for example Sign and Scan, rose to 31%, up to 0.5 billion.
Revenue in the Digital Expirience segment increased by 26%, up to a billion. Income from subscriptions to analytical services, that help other companies build digital sales, grew up on 29%, up to 0.9 billion.
According to Adobe, in the fourth quarter of 2021, revenue will increase by 19%, up to 4.1 billion. Sales in the main operating segments Digital Media and Digital Expirience could add 20 And 22%.
Adobe beats analysts' expectations once again in the quarter, but after the report, the company's shares fell by 4%. Since the beginning of the year, Adobe stocks have grown by 33%, to 646 $, therefore, some investors could simply fix some of the profits after reporting.
