Overnight STT (19-20 May 2009)

STT : State Street Corporation Sector: Financial > Industry: Investment Services Yesterday on STT there were sell imbelances about -2,5 million, but at the end they turned it over to buy + 800K. I waited for the last seconds and bought it counting on a good print under the closure, but the orders didn't work, and there was nowhere to go along the arch, there they immediately pushed it down by 50C. The next day there should be a rollback, after such a fall to close. And so it happened, plus good news on the financial sector came out and futures were trading in positive territory.

Silly mistakes…

There was nothing to do on OPG today, no ideas and signals, so i didn't do anything. Intraday : TIF : Tiffany & Co Sector: Services > Industry: Retail (Specialty) Selling after breaking yesterday's low, with little risk. The stock moves a little inadequately and jerkily, for this on 1 green candle covered half of the position and it rose a little high from the bottom. In general, not a bad trade, sorry for the whole position could not sit out. Potential: 1,5$ ( real 1$) Risks: ~10C Ratio : 1 to 10 Mistakes: all is well :) PBG : The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. Sector: Consumer/Non-Cyclical > Industry: Beverages (Nonalcoholic) The worst trades of the day were here., in the beginning sold in the hope of a miracle, and then bought without much hope for growth. Mistakes : we need to stop shorting shares that opened with a very large GAP, they rarely go down after it.…

Option exercise day( April )

Today is the exercise day, which means that we sell DJ – OPG promotions. OPG : sold basketball to dj shares, out of 22 got only 15 things. This is the first time I consciously do OPG on the day of exercise., I did it a little wrong, it was necessary to cover part of the position as the shares were issued, and I was waiting for a profit on the general basketball. BUT nothing the first pancake is not lumpy, earned and okay, next time I'll be smarter. Intraday : OMG : OM Group, Inc. Sector: Basic Materials > Industry: Chemical Manufacturing There was a clear UP trend on the daily chart, the stock broke through the high of today and could safely rise to 30$ Potential: 2.5$ ( real 2$) Risks: ~5C Ratio : 1 to 40 Mistakes: It was necessary to gain more position, risks are small, great potential.

Gold rarely unfolds

I didn't do anything on OPG. The market was in the red and wanted to sell the Ritz, but before the opening, it came out in plus and it was dangerous to sell.
