I noticed a few common mistakes newbies make:
1) Pick dead stocks.
My advice to you: select stocks with a volume of at least 150 000. Personally, I only select more 500 000.
Trading in low-liquid stocks is tantamount to a relationship with a frigid woman – to get something, what do you want, will have to try awesome.
2) Trading level breakouts in a dead market.
Volumes are gone, big players flew away to rest, and you are trying to trade breakouts! Tell, where should they go?
There is no one to push shares!
At a time like now, trade mainly from the level, bounces.
3) Selects shares without potential.
Your stock walks per day maximum 30-40 Cents, so what are you hoping for? to catch 15 Cents? it's just not worth it! Select liquid stocks, for which to do 70 cents and more – absolutely not a problem!
And you will be happy.
Successful trades to all.
