Bloomberg writes about thoughts on real estate prices in 2004.

FED continues to roll out repo transactions.
well, and they say, that canceling the tax credit won't kill the recovery in the real estate market.
I know myself, what won't kill) But what actually happens, We'll see. Out of the corner of my eye I heard, that on the last day it was possible to buy a house with downpayment in 24 dollar. But I could confuse something, certainly.

And in continuation, Ritgolts once wrote, that in March a new record of car sales without downpayment was recorded.
But then they will say again, that it's all about low %, which, when entered into the model, they say they say)

The very same last week made me happy in almost everything I could.

* the market continues to absorb huge volumes of trezaris without any problems, pies fly away under the hammer, albeit not without the help of rating agencies, who keep on enchanting (I was not mistaken? it seems mudis stated, what are they ratings, if they return anything back, if help to European countries quickly figured out)))

* the story with GS continues to delight. not because, that there are claims to the bank itself, rather the opposite. but the topic itself, as planned, does not let go and does not give up, which provides an interesting price action.

* the US economy flies like a locomotive, not too far behind Mexico in the first quarter. feel the difference: USA 3%, Mexico 4%, Ukraine 5%.  Now we weigh on the risk.. and.. goodbye, my dear 'developing" markets. Yes, in longran, it will be a little different (in Ukraine I want to believe in it, even irrational), but you know people with a real horizon in 20 years?)
