After a long break, rode a bike – 60 km. So this year I have not traveled more 100 km at a time. If I am not mistaken, the record of the year was about 80 km. And so on average 60. Last year there were a couple of trips over 100 km. It's the same with running.. Last year's record 22,5 km was never beaten. I only ran a couple of times 15 km, and so on average I ran 5-10. The results are disappointing :)
