Two TV series to be filmed on hedge fund managers

The world of hedge funds will come to every home: two series will appear on TV screens, dedicated to the industry.

CBS and Showtime are making TV series about hedge fund managers. The storylines of both series will revolve around the confrontation between hedge fund managers and government prosecutors..

Showtime project, Billions ("Billions") - brainchild of New York Times financial columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin, author of the bestselling book "To big to fail" (in Russian translation – “Collapse is unacceptable: saving Wall Street "). The series will tell about an aggressive prosecutor from Manhattan, – which sounds suspiciously like Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Preet Bharara, – who is working on a case against the richest hedge fund managers in the country.
