Thought, what agree, from the very beginning, year in 2003-2004, Americans with Baathists, there would be no ISIS, no civil war in Iraq, as it stands, Wouldn't have spent billions of dollars, and killed thousands of soldiers and hundreds of thousands of civilians, yes and Iraq itself, would be more tame and loyal. Certainly, if you accept the conspiracy theory “controlled chaos”, then everything goes according to plan, but something tells me, that this is not entirely true.
