I thought that after buying MDVN by Pfizer (PFE) my MDVN shares will smoothly transition to PFE, but that wasn't the case here.. Cash just appeared on the account. Since Ameritrade has cut off the ability to buy shares, then you have to part with them forever. This is my long-term position in Ameritrade after they got rid of foreign clients.. Stocks more than tripled.
