Skipping the rest of the demagoguery, we read how the author understands the final stage of a trader's formation :
"….the efficiency of the whole complex of systems becomes such, that almost every day or at least every week you end up with a plus. Regardless of the phase of the market or the health of a particular system…"
And here it is., despite the fact that every day or every week, regardless of the phase of the market ends up with a plus:
"…goals and priorities are changing, most of the capital is sent to fixed instruments at a low interest rate in the area 20% per annum…"
Let's omit the small percentage, but human logic, closing plus every day, investing money at a low interest rate seems very strange. Usually, invest at a small percentage, when they can't earn, and here on the contrary :)
