Really, if you look at the distribution of players before moving on the franc, it is clear that more 90% stood in a long EUR / CHF pair. And this is understandable — the price was 1,2000, and below promised not to let the Swiss bank. Since no one had any doubts about their promises, then there was no point in opening the shorts and everyone stood in the long with a sense of security., type of guaranteed earnings. And here again, and the Bank of Switzerland decided not to support the exchange rate any longer and the price collapsed instantly. Understandably, that the stop-losses did not have time to be executed and the percentage on 15-25 worse. Considering the marginality of trading, the losers owe huge sums. А тем, who were lucky in other currency pairs with the participation of the Swiss franc and made a huge fortune— here the DCs will not be able to pay them their winnings, because they just don't have that much money.

  Signal?....

Here is the distribution of long / short players in Oanda. I am sure, that the same picture is in other DC.

Saxobank turned out to be the most cunning. He simply stated that he would review all transactions and rewrite them retroactively. (will draw) as it sees fit,  so, so as not to go bankrupt or even stay at a loss :)
