CBOE sets IPO price

The Chicago Board Options Exchange, the US’s biggest options trading venue, said on Thursday that it will sell shares at a price between $27 and $29 in an initial public offering next month that is expected to raise up to $$339m and values the exchange at $2.87bn.

in the hot years before 2008, stock exchanges flew almost like a ROT,
and NYX was worth higher 100, not in the area 30 like now.

at the same time there was an IPO of Newx – the brightest I've ever seen,
right in the style of dot-com placements.

let's see, how will it be this time.
