● Производитель процессоров и комплектующих Qualcomm должен будет вернуть компании Blackberry $814,9 млн за переплаченные канадской компанией роялти по результатам продаж продуктов. Это новость спровоцировала стремительный подъем котировок BlackBerry. 
● Доллар и доходность казначейских облигаций США снизились в четверг, после того как президент Дональд Трамп заявил, что хотел бы, чтобы процентные ставки оставались на низком уровне, и что доллар стал слишком сильным, сообщает Reuters. 


● Англо-австралийская горнодобывающая компания Rio Tinto близка к выходу из сферы энергетического угля после получения разрешения австралийского регулятора по иностранным инвестициям на продажу за $2,45 млрд основной части своих угольных шахт компании, которая контролируется китайской Yanzhou Coal Mining, пишет Bloomberg. 
●  IPO:Tocagen Inc., компания занимающаяся разработкой средств генной терапии для лечения рака, разместилась в четверг на бирже Nasdaq Global Select Market, реализовав 8,5 млн акций по цене в $10 за штуку, что является нижней границей объявленного ценового диапазона.
