When you have a psychological conflict, in your best interest to resolve it as soon as possible. One hundred years ago, Freud said, but modern cognitive psychologists have shown that there are limits of psychological energy, which can spend consciousness. The more you leave the problems unsolved, the more of them accumulate “and the less psychological energy on their decision. When the problem is left unsolved, it is very likely that conflicts will arise when you least expect them. Do not sneak up behind each unresolved conflict to influence behavior, but it would be wise to make sure that you are free from the psychological conflicts. Do you have unresolved conflicts on the other side of consciousness? Studies have shown that such conflicts are difficult to ignore and pretend that they do not exist. Now you need to combine beneficial aspects of their favorite techniques and devised options. As a combination of methods, make sure you do not create a conflict within the system – for example, some models, potentially having more than one meaning or signal. Typically, you will come across such situations. In these cases, you should find out what factors cause conflict and or eliminate one or more reasons or to add another rule to his method, which will block the conflict.
Ironically, the more you try to deny the existence of these conflicts, the more psychological energy is wasted. Instead of trying to ignore the conflicts, it is better to face them face to face. Most of the simple recognition of the conflict will have a quick solution.
There are conflicts in which all traders sooner or later face. In trading, there are many allegations that have proved true, but they are difficult to accept. For example, novice traders should accept the possibility that the series of winning trades is likely due to luck rather than skill. It is better to take this opportunity, than to pretend that it is not justified. Remember, it takes more mental energy to pretend that you have the skills trade, when in fact they do not, than to admit that you need more practice and instruction. Recognizing its potential limitations, you can spend their limited mental energy more efficiently than proving its standing as a first-class trader.
There are allegations that are simply afraid to take some traders. For example, a trader may think, “Maybe one time I was a good trader, but market conditions have changed, and I can not maintain a high level of reputation a successful trader. All traders are faced with the possibility sooner or later. This may be true or not. But, regardless of the truth, allowing such a conviction to get beyond storoeu consciousness, we spend mental energy. It is better to avoid such a possibility, and if it is a lie, remind yourself that it’s absurd, and if it is true, take the necessary steps (such as learning new trading strategies) to prove that this is untrue.
On the other side of consciousness always lies set beliefs and when you feel depressed, frustrated mood, these beliefs can move to the outskirts to the center of activity. No need to ignore them. It is better to immediately accept them. Once you do, you can probably say: “this may be true, but it has no consequence at this moment.” Later you will spend some time to deal with it. Make sure that you are experiencing conflict with their face to face, the time to study them and try to solve them. Then you, at least, will remove too much from the other side of consciousness and release the psychological energy.
